The only exceptions are where the causes are as a result of attempted suicide or suicide within 24 months of the policy’s start date.

  • Life insurance claims happen at a time that’s already difficult, and we don’t want to make it any harder. Generally claims are processed within 2-5 days of receipt of the completed claim form and supporting documents.

Final Expenses Insurance Frequently Asked Questions

When you turn 85, you can choose to cancel your coverage to receive an early cash out of 75% of your benefit amount. Or, if you keep your policy active, we will stop charging you premiums after age 90 – but you can keep your coverage!

  • With North Cover Final Expenses Insurance, you can pick a level of coverage from $3,000 to $25,000. How much coverage you choose will depend on your individual needs, including what you might have in mind for how your loved ones celebrate your life.
